By executing an enterprise deployment contract, Ecstaticloud provisions dedicated, isolated cloud nodes specific to your organization. These computational resources are leased on a rolling basis and are strictly prohibited from being sub-leased, mirrored, or utilized for unauthorized cryptocurrency mining.
2. Service Level Agreements (SLA)
We guarantee a 99.999% uptime benchmark for all tier-1 enterprise architectures. In the event of a catastrophic regional server failure, automated failover routing will reroute traffic to the nearest secure geographical node within 400 milliseconds.
3. Liability & Indemnification
While Ecstaticloud deploys cutting-edge intrusion detection, the client retains ultimate responsibility for the application-level logic deployed on our servers. Ecstaticloud is not liable for data breaches resulting from client-side vulnerabilities, compromised admin credentials, or misconfigured open-source dependencies.
4. Immediate Termination Protocol
We reserve the right to instantly sever network connections and terminate node operations if an infrastructure slice is detected hosting illegal content, launching outgoing botnet attacks, or actively violating international data sanctions.
